All of our residents own their own homes and we lease the site to the home owner. We do not permit subletting of homes in Lori Lee Estates. While new homes are the most likely option for residents entering the community, we will also consider newer, well maintained used homes. Currently we have a few sites available that will accommodate varying size homes. From time to time, one of our residents will need to leave and we can help facilitate secondary home sales.

Lori Lee has a beautiful clubhouse at the entry of the park that is used for community gatherings, bible studies, card games, etc. Residents are welcome to use the clubhouse for a nominal usage fee.
