All of our residents own their own homes and we lease the site to the home owner. We do not permit subletting of homes in Lori Lee Estates. While new homes are the most likely option for residents entering the community, we will also consider newer, well maintained used homes. Currently we have a few sites available that will accommodate varying size homes. From time to time, one of our residents will need to leave and we can help facilitate secondary home sales.
We have a 1990 Parkwood, 28x54, 3 bed ,2 bath doublewide for sale on lot #30. A new home of this size would cost between $100,000 to $140,000 but we are selling this home for only $29,900 because it will require interior remodeling work such as flooring, kitchen appliances and paint throughout. The exterior features a large deck with some boards needing replaced and the whole deck re-sealed. Windows are original and should probably be replaced. This home does have a carport.
